*PREORDERS are shipped as follows:

Without a personal note: 1-5 business days after restock date 

With personal note (since I hand write them: 5-8 business days after restock date (if your note is long it might take longer)

*Regular orders (not preorders) are shipped 10-17 business days after purchase (allow 1-3 days longer if you added a personal note)

​

*Books with personal notes are sent last as I do hand write them myself. I only write notes on books.

*BUSINESS DAYS MEANS NO WEEKEND SHIPPING.*

*Once your order is shipped, you get  tracking information from GoShippo (check spam too!)

*As a very small business, I am not responsible for books and products once dropped off at USPS. This includes:

-Stolen or lost books

-Damaged products

Unfortunately I do not work directly with USPS, have access to their system or can not control their procedures or activities. 

For any questions or concerns regarding your books after they have been dropped off (your tracking number should tell you), please contact your local USPS for information/help.

*Please make sure you triple check your address. If your order is returned, you will need to reach out to me via email with order number so you can pay shipping again and the item can be reshipped.
